Conceived by the Friends Of Poole Park Charity, this music and leisure festival was started in 2004 with the intention of raising awareness of the beautiful park, and raising money for improvements and new attractions within it.

The success of Poole Park Fest has been a surprise to many and since the few thousand visitors it received in 2004, with the support of the Friends of Poole Park, Mr Kyps Live Music Venue, and more recently, Big Bear Events, the fest has grown to become the largest free event of its type in the South.

Now a two-day event, there are scores of activities to choose from in addition to the live music stage, provided and managed by Mr Kyps, which provides the centrepiece of the festival.
